Bakersfield – The Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce released their 2017 Legislative Scorecard. The scorecard highlights twelve of the bills the California Chamber of Commerce took positions on in 2017.
Senator Jean Fuller (R-Bakersfield) released the following statement in response to her perfect 10/10 score:
“I am proud to support those entrepreneurs and businesses who provide jobs, opportunity and economic growth in our communities,” said Senator Jean Fuller (R-Bakersfield). “I stand with the job-creators in opposition to job killer legislation and will continue to support policies that makes California more business friendly.”
The Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce’s President and CEO, Nick Ortiz, also offered comment on Senator Fuller’s continued commitment to the business communities in Bakersfield and California:
“Senator Fuller has been a champion for the businesses and industries that drive our local economy for her entire legislative career. Her leadership and common sense approach is widely respected in the Capitol,” said President Ortiz.
