Senate Republican Leader Jean Fuller (R-Bakersfield) issued a statement following the release of a $5.2 billion dollar a year transportation plan pushed through by Governor Brown and Capitol Democrats. The transportation proposal would be the largest gas tax increase in state history and includes a massive increase to the diesel tax and vehicle license fee.
