Senator Fuller Pays Her Respects to Bakersfield Sound Legend Merle Haggard

Senator Jean Fuller (R-Bakersfield) paid her respects today to country music icon Merle Haggard on the California State Senate floor. The 79-year-old country music legend passed away on his birthday last week in Shasta County following complications from pneumonia. Friends and family paid their final respects to the legendary superstar this past weekend.
